Rob Stark, Broker Associate, has been a real estate valuation professional for over 16 years and joined the RE/MAX PRofessionals team in 2006.  Rob founded AppraiseONE, Inc, a succesful real estate appraisal company in 1995.  A fourth generation Coloradan, Rob was born and raised in Denver and graduated from South high school.  Rob went on to start a family with his high school sweetheart, Leanne.  They have two daughters who attend Normany Elementary and Ken Caryl Middle school and are very active in the community as well as with the Columbine Knolls Swim Team.  They currently livein Columbine Knolls and are members of Saint Francis Cabrini Church in Littleton.

Andrea Myers, Broker Associate, When selling your home you need the expert valuation to correctly price your home that Rob provides.  You also need a customized marketing plan specific to your property.  Andrea brings her entrepreneurial background to the table in order to develop creative ways to market each property in various mediums with specific focus to detailed online advertisements.   In addition, she works with all short sales to help with all of the detailed negotiation and follow up required to get through the financial institution maze and help clients find resolution through short sales.  Andrea works with each transaction to make sure everything moves smoothly towards a successful closing.
